UNSOLICITED SUBMISSIONS POLICY

As you know, Skylar Film Studios, LLC is in constant development of many new creative products for the public and something we create might be similar to something you have independently created. We wish to avoid any potential disputes or misunderstandings when a future release of ours is coincidently similar to an idea or work you sent us. Therefore, Skylar Film Studios, LLC its independent contractors and its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited creative works or ideas, including, but not limited to, new games, movies, television programs, literary properties, artwork, music, music videos, and marketing campaigns.

Please do not submit any unsolicited creative works, games, film scripts, code, plot lines, dialogue, artwork, music, ideas or other works in any form to Skylar Film Studios, LLC.  If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas or creative works, you still submit your idea or creative work to us, the following terms shall apply to your submission regardless of what your cover letter or email might state:

TERMS OF UNSOLICITED IDEA OR COPYRIGHTED WORK SUBMISSION

You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Skylar Film Studios LLC with a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your unsolicited idea or copyrighted work for any purpose, without any compensation or credit to you; (2) there is no obligation for Skylar Film Studios, LLC to review the submission; (3) there is no obligation for Skylar Film Studios, LLC to keep your unsolicited idea or copyrighted work confidential; and (4) Skylar Film Studios, LLC may act as your attorney-in-fact solely in order to document this transfer of rights. 

If any provision of these Site Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Skylar Film Studios, LLC or any of its independent contractors or employees do not accept or consider (including but not limited to) unsolicited ideas, stories, synopsis, treatments, scripts, screenplays, teleplays, or literary properties, videos/DVD’s or computer discs, music and/or music videos, games or computer programs, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved creative works, products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork or literary work, suggestions or other works (“submissions”) in any form to Skylar Film Studios, LLC or any of its independent contractors or employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Skylar Film Studio LLC’s products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Skylar Film Studios LLC. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your letter says, the following terms shall apply to your submissions:

You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Skylar Film Studios LLC, without any compensation or credit to you; (2) Skylar Film Studios, LLC may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for Skylar Film Studios, LLC to review the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.

PRODUCT FEEDBACK

Skylar Film Studios, LLC does, however, welcome your feedback regarding many areas of Skylar Film Studios, LLC’s existing business. If you want to send us your feedback, and we hope you do, we simply request that you send it to us using the email form on the “Contact” page via the “Contact Us” button on this website. Please provide only specific feedback on Skylar Film Studios, LLC’s existing products or marketing strategies; do not include any ideas that Skylar Film Studios, LLC’s policy will not permit it to accept or consider. 

FEEDBACK AND INFORMATION

Any feedback you provide at Skylar Film Studios website shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Skylar Film Studios, LLC shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
